The business was founded in 2002 and continues to be run by Anthony Ward, who has successfully traded agricultural commodities for over 30 years.
Armajaro is authorised and regulated in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as an investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and registered with the U.S. Commodity Futures and Trading Commission (CFTC) as a Commodity Pool Operator and a Commodity Trading Adviser and is a member of the National Futures Association (NFA).
Armajaro Asset Management LLP supports the principles of the UK Financial Reporting Council’s Stewardship Code (the “Code”) however the Code and its seven principles are not relevant to our investment strategies which do not involve investment in equity securities or related instruments.
